Personal TRaining Plan

No two clients come to the studio for the same reason which is why we create a personalised training plan for each person regardless of them attending Private or Semi Private Sessions.

During your first 1:1 session your needs and goals are discussed as well as getting you familiar with the Pilates apparatus if you have never used it before. We assess how you move and provide you with the beginnings of a programme. We don’t expect you to remember this but want you to feel at ease in the studio and have a rough idea of what you need to do to achieve.

We recommend you come to the studio at least once a week and in some instances we will give you exercises to do at home. As you progress the exercises are adjusted to suit you.
